These SMS Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the SMS text messaging program offered by Santé Consulting ("we," "us," or "our"). By opting in, you agree to these Terms.

The information (phone numbers) obtained as part of the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Types of SMS Communications

If you have consented to receive text messages from Santé Consulting, you may receive messages related to the following:

Job opportunity notifications and job alerts
Application status updates and recruiter follow-ups
Responses to inquiries you submitted on our website
Interview scheduling reminders and confirmations

Example: "Hello, this is a friendly reminder from Santé Consulting regarding the pathologist opportunity you expressed interest in. You can reply STOP to opt out of SMS messaging from Santé Consulting at any time."

Message Frequency

Message frequency may vary depending on the type of communication. You may receive up to 5 SMS messages per week related to your inquiry, application, or open job opportunities.

Potential Fees for SMS Messaging

Please note that standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier's pricing plan. These fees may vary if the message is sent domestically or internationally.

Opt-In Method

You may opt in to receive SMS messages from Santé Consulting in the following way:

By submitting an online form. Customers opt in by completing one of the following web forms on santellc.com and affirmatively checking the SMS consent checkbox before submitting:
- Contact Form — santellc.com/contact
- Job Application Form — available on each job listing at santellc.com/jobs

The SMS consent checkbox is unchecked by default and is not required to submit either form.

Opt-Out Method

You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time. To do so, simply reply "STOP" to any SMS message you receive. Alternatively, you can contact us directly to request removal from our messaging list at info@santellc.com or 833-LAB-JOBS.

Additional Options

If you do not wish to receive SMS messages, you can choose not to check the SMS consent box on our forms.

Supported Carriers

Our SMS messages are compatible with all major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost, Cricket, MetroPCS, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Information collected as part of the SMS program is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy . No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data and consent records are not shared with any third parties.

Eligibility

You must be the account holder of, or have authorization to enroll, the mobile phone number you provide. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to opt in.

Santé Consulting reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective when posted on this page, and the "Last Updated" date will be revised. Your continued participation in the SMS program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
