Program Description

Santé Consulting ("we," "us," or "our") offers an SMS messaging program to help candidates and clients communicate with our recruiters and receive timely information about pathology and laboratory medicine job opportunities. By providing your mobile phone number and opting in through one of our online forms, you agree to receive recurring SMS text messages from Santé Consulting at the number you provided.

Types of Messages You May Receive

Job opportunity notifications and job alerts
Application status updates and recruiter follow-ups
Responses and information related to inquiries you submit through our website
Scheduling reminders and confirmations
Periodic recruiting communications related to your career interests

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your engagement with our recruiters and the activity of your job search or applications. You will not receive promotional messages unrelated to recruiting.

Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging rates from your mobile carrier will apply to each message sent or received. Santé Consulting does not charge for SMS messages, but your carrier may. Please consult your mobile service plan for details.

How to Opt In

You may opt in to receive SMS messages by checking the SMS consent checkbox and providing your mobile phone number on our Contact form, our job application form, or another Santé Consulting online form that offers SMS opt-in. Opt-in is voluntary, and consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of any purchase, application, or service.

How to Opt Out

You can opt out of receiving SMS messages from Santé Consulting at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After replying STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message verifying that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

Our SMS messages are compatible with all major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost, Cricket, MetroPCS, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Information collected as part of the SMS program is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy . No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data and consent records are not shared with any third parties.

Eligibility

You must be the account holder of, or have authorization to enroll, the mobile phone number you provide. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to opt in.
