Santé Consulting was founded in 2008. We are an industry leader specializing in the recruitment and retention of pathologists, Ph.D. / doctoral candidates, and laboratory medicine executives.

Rich Cornell is the founder and President of Santé Consulting. Prior to forming Santé, Cornell was Managing Partner of PracticeMatch Services, the nation’s leading healthcare recruitment resource provider. Cornell brings more than three decades of healthcare recruiting and consulting to the industry. He is a nationally recognized speaker on topics ranging from pathology candidate recruitment and retention, recruiting firm management, and pathologist jobs compensation. Cornell has published numerous articles on the “art of recruiting” “pathologists compensation”, and “the pathologists job market”.
Jeremiah Jobe is a Senior Recruitment Specialist at Santé Consulting, and brings his clients and candidates fifteen years of hospital and healthcare recruiting experience working as an in-house recruiter and outside consultant for executives, physicians, and advanced practitioners. Jobe earned his master’s degree in Health Administration at Saint Louis University, and his bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Biology at Augusta University. Jobe’s education path created both a framework and a passion for leveraging core business principles to optimize the pairing of talented candidates with excellent healthcare communities for the greatest outcome.
