Rich Cornell – President
Rich brings over a quarter of a century of experience to the healthcare recruitment industry. As founder, Rich has led Sante to be a recognized industry leader and trusted resource for numerous healthcare organizations and academic institutions nationally. A nationally recognized speaker on topics ranging from physician compensation, recruitment and retention and recruiting firm management, he has also published numerous articles on the “art of recruiting” and co-authored and published “The Opportunity Search Guide” – a workbook for physicians entering the job market.
Rich focuses exclusively on the recruitment and retention of pathologists and laboratorians, and has been instrumental in the growth and talent acquisition for companies and groups such as Dianon systems, University of Minnesota, Weill Cornell Medical College and GoPath Laboratories. He has served on the board of directors of the National Association of Physician Recruiters (NAPR) from 1999-2003, serving as Association President in 2002-2003 and founding the Associations ‘School of Health Care Recruiting” in 2005.
