Santé Consulting Welcomes Jen Barna MD to Executive Recruiting Team
Saint Louis, Missouri, November 6, 2024 – Santé Consulting, a national leader in laboratory medicine recruiting, announced today that Jen Barna MD has joined their team as Senior Executive Recruiter (Pathology Division). As Santé strives to consistently provide each client and candidate with a tailored approach to their search, Dr. Barna brings a unique blend of experience as both a board-certified specialist physician and an accomplished physician recruiter.

In her medical career, Dr. Barna practiced in numerous settings including academics, private practice and smaller community settings.
She began her career as a physician recruiter prior to medical school, and is well-known in the healthcare industry as founder of the physician job board DocWorking.com, which transformed into a company to help physicians maximize fulfillment in life, both in and outside of work.
Dr. Barna is also the host of DocWorking: The Whole Physician Podcast, which is ranked among the top 2.5% of podcasts globally and on multiple lists as a top physician podcast.
