Seeks a HLA Director
OKLAHOMA CITY, OKLAHOMA (USA). The Department of Pathology of the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine seeks a physician with training in pathology or a PhD scientist to serve as a director in training of HLA. The holder of this non-tenure-track position at instructor rank will practice at OU Health, an 804-bed integrated academic health system that includes the University of Oklahoma Medical Center and Oklahoma Children’s Hospital. The OU Health HLA Lab supports three solid organ transplant programs, one stem cell transplant program, and deceased donor evaluations for Oklahoma.
This position aims to prepare qualified candidates for eventual certification by the America College of Histocompatibility and Immunogenetics (ACHI) and the American Society for Histocompatibility and Immunogenetics (ASHI).
