The Opportunity: 

Join a well-established private practice feel, offering a balanced workload in a 70,000 square foot laboratory. This group values a collaborative environment while pursuing diagnostic excellence and offering long-term stability.

About the Practice:

• Well-established private practice that is partnered with a large commercial lab
• Currently 18 Pathologists in practice 
• Specimens originate in both in-patient and out-patient settings

Position Highlights:

• Subspecialty focus - Cytopathology (preferred but not required)
• Advancement opportunities
• Pathologist-led group that is growth-oriented

Candidate Qualifications

• MD or DO with board certification in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology
• Extensive Cytopathology case sign-out experience and/or Fellowship training in Cytopathology required
• Experience or specialized training in Hematopathology a plus 
• A minimum of 3 - 5 years of sign out experience in an inpatient and/or outpatient laboratory setting
• Must be comfortable working independently in a fast paced, multifaceted hospital-based setting
• Eligible for medical licensure in OH and MI
• Excellent communication skills and collaborative mindset
