Staff Hematopathologist | Memphis, TN

Hematopathologist Opportunity – Southeastern U.S.

Santé Consulting, experts in Pathologist Recruitment and Placement has been engaged to conduct a nationwide search for a Fellowship trained Hematopathologist with demonstrated expertise in Surgical Pathology to join our dynamic and collaborative team. The ideal candidate will be committed to diagnostic excellence, interdisciplinary collaboration, and continuous improvement in patient care.

Responsibilities:

Interpret and report hematopathology cases, including bone marrow biopsies, lymph nodes, flow cytometry, peripheral blood smears, and body fluids.
Collaborate with clinical teams, including hematology/oncology, to provide integrated patient care.
Contribute to quality assurance, peer review, and ongoing professional development initiatives.

Qualifications:

MD or DO degree with Board Certification in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology (AP/CP).
Subspecialty Board Certification/Eligibility in Hematopathology.
Eligible for medical licensure in Tennessee.
Strong diagnostic skills, excellent communication, and a collaborative mindset.

Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.
