College of American Pathologists (CAP) Roundtable: Challenges of the Pathology Job Market

In a booming pathology job market with more than 750 published job openings, pathology groups around the country are looking to recruit the best to join their clinical practices. According to the National Match Program, there were 631 total residency positions offered in 2022. Graduating fellows are looking to find the best jobs to set themselves up for long-term career success. Finding the right match in this landscape can be a challenge for both parties.
